Olympic Open Day at LSP

July the 25th saw Litherland Sports Park open up for free to all local residents to come along and try out a new sport.

There were several different activities running all day long and children, adults and older people all took part and joined in the fun.

Prizes were given away to those who completed 5 sessions of 30 minutes of exercise to help start people off on their 5 x 30 Move More journey!

If you completed these sessions and were given a free Active Sefton pack please send us your pictures of you and your family/friends using the sports equipment for your chance to win prizes!
