A list of current galleries is displayed below.
Over 40 people came along and took part in the team building day with activities such as; Kayaking, Bell Boating, Wall Climbing, Raft Building and problem solving going on throughout the whole day.
The event was organised by the Active Workforce team in partnership with the Water Sports development team and was a resounding success for the pilot event. Each team raced against each other to complete the activities in the fastest time.
Keri Stanton, (Active Workforce) event organiser commented “It was great to see a variety of employees come and take part in their departments. These sorts of activities are great for team building, so hopefully any new skills they have learnt will be transferred into their working environment”
‘Team Extreme’ from Sefton Council was the winning team finishing the 10 activities in 1 hour and 50 minutes. All teams were very competitive and it was a close run competition with ‘Cuban Raft Riders’ from Sefton CVS finishing in 2nd place just 5 minutes behind the winners. 3rd and 4th place were awarded to ‘The Misfits’ from Shop Direct and ‘Lakeside Ladies’ from Merseycare respectively.
