'Active Sefton' Fitness Suite
The 'Active Sefton' Fitness Suite at Netherton Activity Centre is equipped with Cardio Vascular and resistance training machines, including Life Fitness treadmills, bikes and steppers and Concept indoor rowers plus a fully stocked free weights area.
Netherton Activity Centre was the first leisure centre to take part in the GP Active Referral Scheme. This has been extremely popular with a lot of out clients finishing the 14-week programme and continuing with their exercise programmes by taking our 'Active Sefton' memberships or even attending the centre as a casual user.
The NAC also offers FREE crèche facilities for those members using the centre. This enables customers to use the gym and participate in fitness classes or play sport knowing their children are under the watchful eye of one of the centres experienced, qualified crèche staff. Admission policy:
Fitness Induction needs to be booked in advance.*Memberships are to be paid by Direct Debit only and a £10 administration charge is payable. All memberships require a 3-month minimum contract term. (Memberships can also be paid by annual payment – 12 months in advance)
