There are a range of programmes available at Meadows for all ages, many of which of free. Membership to the leisure centre offers a host of benefits with access to additional facilities across the borough at other Sefton leisure centres. Residents who are currently in receipt of benefits or are over sixty can also benefit from reduced membership costs with the Sefton leisure passport.
Leisure Centre Membership:There are six leisure centre membership options dependent on what facilities you would like to use and what suits your budget. If you have any questions about our membership options, don’t be afraid to speak to us about your needs and we will be more than happy to help.
Platinum Membership: The ultimate membership package, the platinum membership offers customers full use of each of the Sefton leisure centre fitness suites across the borough; full use of Sefton swimming pools*, access to all fitness classes and sauna and steam facilities (where available). Ideal for members wishing to utilise the full range of classes and facilities on offer, this package is perfect for those wanting flexibility and support with access to a wide range of classes at times suitable to you.
Gold Membership: With full use of the fitness suite this membership is ideal for members who just wish to use Meadows and no other centre providing access to swimming pools*, the sauna and steam facilities and fitness suite. This membership package is ideal for those members wishing to benefit from the flexibility of attending the leisure centre at times suitable to you.
Silver Membership: The ideal membership for early bird members and late night fitness suite fans, this off peak package is available for use after 7am and before 5pm providing full use of fitness suite facilities across the leisure centres, swimming pools* and sauna and steam facilities (where available). Access to fitness classes is also included although to benefit from this you must remember to attend before 4pm to benefit from their inclusion in this package, ideal if you want to fit in a class during your lunch hour.
Silver Leisure Pass: The ideal package for those individuals in receipt of state benefits or disability status, this affordable low price package provides the member with full access to our Sefton fitness suites, swimming pools and sauna and steam facilities (where available). All fitness classes are included within this package but, as it is an off peak membership, they must be accessed before 4pm. Providing members with full access during off peak times (after 7am and before 5pm), the facilities on offer are all fully accessible to all members.
Student Platinum: Being a student is difficult enough trying to manage money matters so don’t add additional stress by worrying about how you’re going to keep fit and lead a healthy lifestyle while studying. Subject to proof that you are in full time education, this affordable and flexible membership package provides full use of our leisure suites, pools and fitness classes.
Active Kidz: The coolest label in town, the Active Kidz membership is designed exclusively for young people aged 11-16 and offers access to daily fitness sessions at Sefton leisure centres. Our free swimming initiative also means that anyone aged 16 and under can swim in our pools for free aswell as attending our free holiday and after school activities.
