Litherland Sports Park provides an array of football opportunities at key times throughout the week; there are a host of programmes such as:

Football Academy - every Wednesday evening from 4pm - 6pm. (4pm - 5pm Free and Active 8 - 11 years old mixed football. 5pm - 6pm girls only football. 6pm - 8pm 12 - 16 year olds - Positive Futures)

Free and Active - school holiday programme including Fooball Camps and Coach Education courses such as FA Level 1's and JFO courses.

Schools Football - schools showcase tournaments annually based on the major tournament that year, i.e The World Cup.

Clubs - a host of local clubs use the facility for both training and local leagues.
