Dunes Leisure Centre is a hive of activity all year round! Part of the recent £8.5 million development of Splash World includes the new fitness suite.
The studio timetable offers a range of fun classes whether you want to tone up, get in shape or get fit. From Pilates to Move N Grove, Adult Tap to vertical dance there will be something for you! The superb Fitness Suite overlooks Splash World and has machines and free weights to cater for every level of fitness. A unique computer system acts as your very own personal trainer ensuring you make the most of each and every visit.
There's also a four badminton court sports hall and a studio, which can be used for a variety of activities including fitness classes, martial arts, yoga and training sessions.
