Local residents no longer need to worry about what lies beneath, as the once murky depths of Crosby Marina are to welcome the new Crosby Lakeside leisure complex to the water front location.

Visitors to Crosby Lakeside will be able to sample the tastes of both surf and turf as the new leisure complex offers both indoor activities with a fully equipped fitness suite featuring the latest Fitlinx technologies and fitness classes as well as a range of outdoor water pursuits including windsurfing, rowing and canoeing.

The latest edition to Sefton Councils leisure centre portfolio, the new development overlooks the Crosby waterfront ideally positioned for conferences, events and outdoor pursuits with a bar and bistro on the lower level with outdoor decking positioned to overlook the dunes and waterfront, available to both members and public visitors. Residential accommodation is available on the first floor of the centre with outdoor areas available to overlook the surrounding area, which is available for respite care and residential stays.
