Relax and Revive

This programme is designed for individuals and groups to help them achieve a positive mental wellbeing through an increase in physical activity. Increased physical activity is associated with helping to alleviate feelings of anxiety, stress and depression, improve feelings of confidence and motivation as well as providing opportunities for social interaction and improved social skills.

The programme includes drop in sessions, one hour of sports hall activities and one hour of relaxation (tai chi, yoga or pilates), these drop in sessions take place in Bootle Leisure Centre and Dunes Splash World.

We can also offer 12 week block programmes (any sport or activity) for any group that would like to increase their physical and mental wellbeing.
