Level 3: Advanced Dietetic Support

This programme gives one-to-one weight management support through an advanced dietician, for people needing more specialised advice.  It is completely free and includes as many follow-up sessions as you may need. After completing the programme, participants can then access the group weight management sessions whilst still having the option to access the exercise referral programme to ensure physical activity is built into lifestyle changes.

All 57 surgeries within Sefton have endorsed and refer to the Active Lifestyles Programme, as well as patients being referred from Aintree, Broadgreen, Southport and Walton Hospitals.
