Move More on Monday

Monday is often a day when we feel like we can't be bothered doing much exercise.

If you feel like that then we need to change things. 30 minutes of exercise is not very much at all, and it might sound silly but the more we do the healthier we feel and therefore the more energy we have to burn off doing exercise, meaning we will move more on Mondays!

So this Monday why not take a bike out at your local leisure centre for FREE and cycle for half an hour. Alternatively tyou could take up running! There is a beginners running club that go from Litherland Sports Park every Monday at 6pm. For more information click here .
