Bokwa Fitness

Join us for the latest up and coming dance fitness program comprised of cardio respiratory endurance, muscular strength, and flexibility . BOKWA Fitness is energetic, exciting, exuberant and exhilarating, challenging and tailored for every type of individual to guide and assist with weight loss. A 1-hour class is now available at Bootle Leisure Centre every Thursday at 8.05pm. Starts 3rd May 2012.

Aqua Zumba

Now available at Bootle Leisure Centre, the Zumba® “pool party,” this session gives a new idea to the invigorating workout. Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, the Aqua Zumba class blends it all together into a safe, challenging, water-based workout that’s cardio-conditioning and body toning. Back to Badminton Sessions now starting!

Available Mondays from 8-9pm. These fun sessions are run by a qualified instructor; all abilities welcome. No booking required just turn up and play. The idea behind these sessions is to provide you with the opportunity to build confidence in a sport that you may have not played for several years, or to get you trying a new sport. Just £3.50 per session.

Zorbing Rolls into Bootle Leisure Centre!

For some serious hamster-ball-like fun, experience Zorbing now at Bootle Leisure Center. Sundays only, for just £1 per session, participants 8+ years, with the purchase of a swim, can enjoy Zorbing from 11.45am - 1.15pm. Zorbing is also now available for birthday parties!

Pool Closures  

Whenever we have a party booked into the leisure pool, it may be that we will have to close parts of the swimming pool to ensure our party-goers maximise their time. As such, we would like to advise our visitors the pool will be closed on the following dates and times:

13/04/12 Main Pool will close at 8.00pm

15/04/12 Leisure Pool will close at 1.15pm

20/04/12 Leisure Pool will close at 5.45pm

20/04/12 Main Pool will close at 8.00pm

22/04/12 Leisure Pool will close at 1.15pm

27/04/12 Main Pool will close at 8.00pm
